Introduction to Harassment at Workplace Act India or Posh Act
Posh Act 2013 The PoSH Act was enacted to prevent and protect women from sexual harassment at work and to provide a safe working environment for women. Every employer with more than ten workers is required under the PoSH Act to form an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in the prescribed manner to accept and resolve complaints of any kind of sexual harassment from women in a timely and highly private manner.
